ALIANCE PORODNÍ ASISTENCE
Aliance porodní asistence byla založena na podzim 2022 v rámci projektu “Rodím v klidu bez násilí” financovaného z Norských fondů.
Aliance porodní asistence se věnuje osvětě a prosazování principů péče v oboru porodní asistence, které jsou postaveny na principech EBM (medicíny založené na důkazech) a propojuje instituce, organizace i jednotlivce směřující k tomuto cíli.
Cílem Aliance porodní asistence je kultivace oblasti péče o ženu (a její dítě a rodinu) v těhotenství, při porodu a po porodu.
Iniciátorem vzniku Aliance porodní asistence /APA/ je profesní organizace porodních asistentek Unie porodních asistentek /UNIPA/ sdružující největší počet porodních asistentek a studentek porodní asistence u nás. Na zahajovacím setkání v Praze se dne 12. listopadu 2022 sešli první spolupracující organizace Liga lidských práv, Asociace pro porodní domy a centra, Sdružení pro integraci a migraci, Hnutí za aktivní mateřství, Česká asociace dul, ze zdravotnických zařízení zástupkyně a zástupci Gynekologicko-porodnické kliniky Fakultní nemocnice v Praze na Bulovce, v Ostravě a v Brně. Připojili se i zástupkyně z Odboru rovnosti ÚV ČR. Zahraničí reprezentovala Jolanda Liebregts, koordinátorka center porodních asistentek v Holandsku.
MIDWIFERY ALLIANCE
The Midwifery Alliance was established in autumn 2022 as part of the Norwegian-funded project “Giving birth peacefully without violence”.
The Midwifery Alliance is dedicated to educating and promoting the principles of care in the field of midwifery, which are based on the principles of EBM (Evidence Based Medicine) and connects institutions, organizations and individuals working towards this goal.
The goal of the Midwifery Alliance is to cultivate the field of care for women (and their babies and families) during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.
The initiator of the Midwifery Alliance /APA/ is the professional organization of midwives, the Union of Midwives /UNIPA/, which brings together the largest number of midwives and midwifery students in the country. At the inaugural meeting in Prague on 12 November 2022, the first cooperating organizations were the League of Human Rights, the Association for Birth Houses and Centers, the Association for Integration and Migration, the Movement for Active Motherhood, the Czech Association of Doulas, and representatives of the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Clinics of the University Hospital in Prague- Bulovka, Ostrava and Brno.The meeting was joined also by representatives from the Department of Equality of the Office of the Czech Republic and Jolanda Liebregts, coordinator of midwifery centers in the Netherlands, who represented the foreign countries.
